Lucy Kagendo Kamundi (Cathy)

It is with profound sorrow that we regret to announce the death of our dear sister, mother and friend to many. Lucy Kagendo Kamundi (Cathy) passed on after a brave battle with chronic illness.

She was the 6th born daughter to the late Eusebio Kamundi and the late Elizabeth Kangai and the late Gulielimina Gaaji. She was mother to Dennis Kimathi. She had 17 sisters and 7 brothers. She was a loving auntie to 90+ nieces and nephews and grandmother to 86.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home on 14th June 2022 for a burial Ceremony at her home, Tharaka Nithi County, Munga village .

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for funeral arrangements at Thika Level 5 Hospital.

A memorial will be held on 13th June at Thika level 5 Hospital.
