It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden demise of Lucy Naneu Shurake Ndilai, a retired teacher Kajiado Township Primary School that occurred on 23/04/2021.

Daughter to the late John Lesii Poreka and the late Sipilon Poreka. Loving wife to the late Isaac Tajeu Shurake. Mother to Seleina Shurake (Access Bank Kenya PLC), Joseph Leyian, Setia Shurake (Narok County Government) and Morris Obiki. Loving sister to Joel Lemondoi Poreka, Nalang’u Koileken, Francis Parsimei Poreka and several step-brothers and step-sisters. Mother-in-law to Johnson Lemein and Faith Silole. Grandmother to Laleti Nempiris and Billy Sankara. Sister-in-law to the Ndilai’s. Auntie to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home at Ewuso the Kedong’.

She will be laid to rest on Wednesday, 28th April, 2021, at Ewuso the Kedong’- Kajiado County.

Mum, in God’s hands you rest, in our hearts you live forever.
