Lucy Wakarindi Muraguri

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Lucy Wakarindi Muraguri, on the 17th December, 2022.

Daughter of the late Hiram Gachuhi Kahia and Kellen Njoki Gachuhi. Daughter-in-law to the late Francis Muchina Kamau and the late Monica Muchina.

Beloved wife to Mr. Nahashon Muraguri Muchina. Loving mother to Francis Muchina, Jimmy Gachuhi and Monica Wahura.

Sister to Joyce Gachuhi,Agnes Gachuhi, the late Morris Kahia, Alexander Kariuki and Charles Thigu.

Sister-in-law to the late James Muchina, Stanley & Yvonne, Ernest & Kate Muchina, Jane & Rod Brown, Sammy Muchina, Loise Berry, Duncan & Lucy Muchina, Tom & Sylvia Muchina, Eric Karaba & Mercy, Jimmy Waweru and Annastasia Thigu. Auntie and cousin to many.

Funeral arrangement meetings are being held daily at ACK St. Paul’s Church – South C, opposite Moi Educational Centre, from 5.00pm.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday, 22nd December, 2022 at the same venue starting 2.00pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home – Thika Road on Saturday, 24th December 2022 for the funeral service at Kamune Primary School. Thereafter, the burial will be held at their home in Murang’a.
