We regret of announce the death of Lydia Kanana who hails from Nkando, Uruku Location,Nkuene Division, lmenti South Sub-county which occurred on 2nd October, 2019.

Wife of Frankline Kithinji Stephano of Stemuki Restaurant Meru. Daughter of Mr and Mrs M’Ringera M’Iringo. Daughter-in-law of Mr and Mrs Stephano M’Mugambi of Uruku Village. Doting mother of Nancy Ncabira (Stemuki), Idah Ngugi (Canada), Juliet Kathambi (Nairobi), Tim Murangiri (Daystar University) and Sharon Kawira (Chuka Girls). Sister of the late Zipporah Kirigo, Morris Gikunda, Grace Kanyatta, Phineas Gitonga, Ayub Murithi, the late Douglas, David Nkoroi, Grace Kathure, Lydia Muthoni, Caroline Kiende, Doreen Kinanu, Ngiri, Nthiira, Nkirote and Gaiti. Grandmother of Tattiana Nambuye.A friend and an aunt to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily as from 5.00pm at her home in Uruku Village and Stemuki Restaurant Meru for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Consolata Hospital Mortuary on Friday 11th October 2019 at 11.00am for a service and burial at her home in Nkando Village, Uruku Location, Nkuene Division in Meru County.
