It is with humble acceptance of God’s will,that we announce the promotion to glory of Lydia Wangui Karingithi of Tumutumu, Nyeri County.Wife of the late Johanna Karingithi. Daughter of the late Macharia Kimondo and Anna Muthoni (Wamucuni). Mother of Eunah,Amos Njatheini, Macharia Muriuki, Kinaqueru, Muhoro and Anne Muthoni. Mother-in-law of Rosalid Njatheini, Leah Macharia, Leah Muriuki,Mercy Kinaro, Lillian Weru, Dorcas Muhoro and Kimani Muthondu. Sister to the late Muhono Macharia, Miriam Mumbi, Mary Watare and the late Peter Gicheru. Grandmother to Kui Karingithi Maikweki, Judy Gathigia, Linda Weru and l7 others. Great grandmomer to 5.Doting Aunt to many.Family and friends are meeting today and tomorrow at PCEA St Andrews church from 5:30pm and at her home daily for prayers and funeral arrangements.The cortege leaves Tumutumu hospital mortuary on Friday 25th August at 9:00am for the funeral service at PCEA Tumutumu church at 10:00am and thereafter, burial at her home next to Tumutumu Primary School.
