It is with deep sorrow to announce the sudden death of our loving mother Magdalene Mbaire Gitahi,which occurred on Friday 3rd March, 2023. Director of Busy Simo Schools and Junior Secondary.

Beloved wife of Richard Gitahi. Cherished mother to John Njuguna, Christine Mukami, Simon Wira, Teresia Njeri, Adelaide Wanjiku and Antony Karanja. Mother-in-law to Nahashon Wanjohi. Grandmother to Jolyne Wangui

Daughter to the late Simon Wira and Teresia Njeri. Sister to Rosemary Wanjiru. Auntie to Teresia Njeri Wanjiru and Emmanuel Wira.

Daily meetings are being held in her residence Mihango area from 6.00pm.

The cortege leaves KU Referral Home – Kahawa West on Saturday 11th March 2023 at 7.00am, followed by a funeral mass service at St. Mary’s Immaculate Catholic Parish – Mihango at 11.00am. Thereafter, she will be laid to rest at her family farm in Ruai.

Eternal rest grant unto her oh Lord and May perpetual light shine upon her. Forever in our hearts.
