We announce the passing on to glory of Mama Angelina Akake Muya-Oundo of Elunyiko Villaage, Esikoma Sub-location, Marachi Central Location, Butula Sub-County in Busia County. She passel on at Saint Jairus Hospiral in Kisumu on Friday, 4th June 2021.

She was a daughter of the late John Muya and the late Sophia Ouma Muya of Bumutiru, Butula Constituency in Busia County. Sister to the late Atanasi Ndumbu Muya, the late Dominic Onyango Muya, Christine Busao Muya and Helena Omadwa Muya.

Wife to the late Augustine Oundo Akwera. Elder son of the Late Peter Akwera Omondi and the late Sarah Nanzala Numia Oundo of Bumutiru, Butula Constituency in Busiaa County. Mother to the late Ernest, Francis, Cinconda, the late Petronila, the late Christine, Frederik, Chrisantus, Pamela and Vitalis.

Family and Friends are gathering In the USA and in Busia, Kenya for funeral arrangements as guided by Mzee Cyril Wekheye Akwera and Nicholas Oduya Akwera- only remaining sons of the great Peter Akwera’s Family in Bumutiru VIIIage, Kingandole Sub-Location, Marachi Central Location, Butula Sub- County in Busia County.
