Mama Aska Mogere Buruchara

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mama Aska Mogere Buruchara, which occurred at Nairobi Hospital on 8th March 2019.

Loving wife of the late Pastor William Buruchara. Mother of Robin and Josephine Buruchara, the late Gladys and Kebaso, Callin and Charles Bosire, Jane and Tom Onchiri, the late James and Rachel Buruchara, Margaret and Jared Momanyi, Pamella and Stephen Onyambu, Sammy and Sylvia Buruchara, Clive and Diana Buruchara. Grandmother of David, Happiness, Lilian, Laura, Brian, Kyle, Gloria, Mogere, Amy and other grand/great grandchildren. The eldest daughter of Mzee Zablon Ondicho and Mama Loise, Ondicho. Sister of Jerusina, Jelia, the late Sammy, Martha, the late Mary, Lydia, Isabella, Daniel and Florence.

Sister-in-law of the late Keengwe, the late Osoro, Angwenyi, the late Oyugi, the late Mobe, the lace Nyamasege and the late Moturi, the late Nyamoko, the late Nyaiyonga, the late Boyani, the late Arani, all late, Ong’ondo, Makwae, Bongoye, Basweti, Simeon and Onchwari. Aunt of the late Akisa, Bundi, Hon. Joash Nyamoko (MP, North Mugirango), Dr. Isaac and Sammy Keengwe, Kefa among others. Korera of the late Okioma, lsoe, the late Maroko, the late Onchiri, Nyamori, the lace Momanyi, the late Onyambu, Hon. Prof. Sam Ongeri (Senator, Kisii County) and Gilbert Ongere.

There will be a main fund-raiser at Nairobi Central SDA Church (Old Sanctuary) today Tuesday (19/3) starting at 5:00pm.

There will be a memorial service at Nairobi Central SDA Church on Thursday (21/3) at 2pm.

The cortege will leave on Friday (22/3) for Maagonga Village, Nyamira County. Burial will take place on Sunday (24/3) at Maagonga Secondary School, Nyamira County.
