Mama Catarina Kwamboka Nyasimi

It is with humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mama Catarina Kwamboka Nyasimi which occurred on 6th September 2023 after a short illness.

She was a daughter of the late Mogaka Kiberi and the late Mama Kerubo Mogaka. She was a sister to late the Kiberi Mogaka, the late Mayuya Mogaka, Mariana Nyabochwa and the late Teresa Kemunto.

Sister-in-law the late Bota ondwani, the late Ondieki Ondwani, the late Sibwoga Ondwani, the late Nyamokami, the late Robina Nyaboke, the late Nyabochwa Nyangau and the late Samwel Kihoma.

She was adoring wife to the late Laurent Nyaisimi Ondwani. Loving Mother to Agnes Gechemba, the late Melanie Kemuma, Hellen Sese, Philomena Bochaberi, Marcella, Clemensia, Teresa, Josephine and Fred.

Aunt to to the Kiberi’s, Nyabochwa’s, the Kiboma’s, the Kota’s, and the Sibwoga’s.

Co-wife to Sibia Stepmother to Henry Ondwani, Susan, Lucy, Micah and Gitenyi.

The corteges leaves St. Lazarus Hospital Funeral Home in Kericho on Thursday, 14th September 2023. Funeral service is scheduled at 2:30pm on the same date at Magwagwa, St. Peter’s Catholic church. Theerafter the burial will take place on 15th September 2023 at her home in Bonyamori Village, Magwagwa Ward, Nyamira County.

Mama, in God’s hands you rest, we will meet you in the resurrection (Acts 24:15).
