Dear wife of Mwalimu Alfred Mien Awino of Kawino Village, Rarieda. Loving mother to Maj. Erastus Otieno, Vincent Awino, Dr Brian Oduor (JOOUST), the late Willys Onyango, Calvin Raymond (Strathmore University), Ismael Okoth, Wilson Okanja and Collins Adonijah.

Mother-in-law to Violet Ogada, Prudence Owiso, Marion Nyapola, Belinda Ojwando, Metrine Nganga, Fridah Mutanu and Judy Chemutai.

Adored sister to UrsulaAdhiambo, Caren Oloo, Irene Oloo, Felgona Atieno, Esther Omondi, the late Christian Otieno, the late Lucas Obiero, the late Rose Kisia, among others.

Her in-laws include Zadock Odielo,Thomas Agola, Absalom Okode Willis Olali, Otieno Okanja, Vincent Okode, Isaac Olali, the late Noah Olali, the late James Nyamila, the late Walter Openji, the late Zadock Oriwa, among others.

She leaves behind 17 Grandchildren among them; Fanuel Mien,Angel Atieno, Brad Oduor,Alicia Pamela, Derek Otieno, Jayden Okanja Raymond Calvin Mien, Miranda Oduor, among Others.

The cortege leaves the Star Funeral Home in Kisumu on Friday 13thJanuary, 2023 for Mwalimu Alfred Mien Awino homestead in Kawino Village, Rarieda Constituency. Burial will be held on Saturday 14th January, 2023.
