Mama Pamela Odhiambo

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mama Pamela Odhiambo (Angelina Nyamuok Nyang’) of Kakmie Location which occurred on 19th July 2022 after a long illness.

Daughter of the late Paulus Origa Atinda and Teresia Oyoo Origa, and Wilkista Origa of Kakola, Ombaka school.

Beloved wife of the late Henry Odhiambo Ogam, loving mother of Jacqueline Adhiambo, Caroline Akinyi, Lillian Awuor, Patrick Bengo, Mary Lorraine Atieno, Linda Aluoch, Brenda Akoth & Edward Obinju.

Daughter-in-law of the late Philister Onjiko Ogam and Raphael Ogam Odayo.

Sister to Felister Owiwa, John Odiga, Mathews Oketch K’origa (late), Francis Aguko (late), Mary Akumu, Tom Kungu (late), Margaret Lusi (Atieno), Monica Owuor, Janet Akinyi, Roseline Gawo (Awuor), Debora Atieno, Arthur Ouma Origa, Ben Origa, Ruth Origa, Rose Auma (Jadon’g) and Mourice Origa (Pastor).

Sister-in-law to Luke Otieno Ogam (late), Peter Okeyo Ogam, Juliana Okeyo, Barnabas Omolo Ogam, Justina Owino, Anastasia Otieno Luke (late), Mary Okeyo (late), Everline Omollo, Domtila Dulo, Sipora Njoga and George Okeyo (late), amongst others.

Mother-in-law to Johnson Wamalwa, Alex Hooper, George Auma (late), Geoffrey Karani (late), Edwin Ojiambo and Cecilia Nyakado. She is survived by 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Her funeral mass is n 28th July 2022 at St Josephs Kitale from 3.00 pm followed by a night vigil at her Kambi Miwa Kitale home. The cortege leaves Kitale on 29th July 2022 for her final resting place it Onjiko location, Kakmie sub-location along Ahero-Katito Road. Burial is on the 30th of July 2022.
