Mama Pauline Kabon Keitany (Kogop Chebet)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we regret to announce the passing on of Mama Pauline Kabon Keitany (Kogop Chebet) of Kapsitwet farm-Kitale that occurred on 27th November 2018.

Daughter of the late Kimaliny Kipsio and Teriki Kimaliny. Wife of Wilson Kebut. Mother of Wesley Kipchumba, Daniel Kipkemboi, Nelly kigen, Francisca Jerono, Johana Kipyegon, Late Chris Kipchirchir and Paul Kipkorir. Co-wife of Kobilo Keitany (Mama Joseph) and Kobilo Keitany. Step-mother of Joseph, Late Esther, Jane, Peris, Steven, Salina, Joyce, Mary, Rodgers, Isaac and Victor. Mother-in-law of Susan (Mama Chebet), Tabitha, Jeniffer, Michael Kigen, Late Legiso, Miriam, Susan. Daisy, Michael, Melly, Christopher, Lydia, Richard, Francis, Mrs. Kiplimo and Veronica. Sister-in-law of Penina, Late Samson, Dickson,Agnes, Kangogo, Late Cheruiyot, Samuel, Rhoda and Simba. She was blessed with 66 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

The Cortege leaves Racecourse Nursing Home-Eldoret on 12 December 2018 at noon for AIC Kapsitwet Kitale for a funeral service at 4pm.

Burial will take place on 13th December 2018 at her home in Kapsitwet farm Kitale.
