It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, that the Kungu family announces the death of Mama Risper Idah Atieno Bwore in Saoset Scheme, Fort-Ternan on 30th September 2019 after a long Illness very bravely borne.

Beloved wife of the late Henry Joseph Bwore. Loving mother of Mark (Switzerland), Oliver (Kipepeo Designs), Martha-Anne (Alabasta Afrika), Nancy (ACTIF) & Caesar (E. A. Explorers Ltd). Grandmother of Bwore, Kungu (ii), Mercy, Dotty, Daisy, Michael, Henry Jr., Kevin, Quincy, Antoinette, Henry Odongo, Ruth and Jessy. Great Grandmother of Zawadi Ogero, Amari, Luka, Andrea & Sasha. Daughter of the late Zedekiah Ojwang, the late Penina Waganda Ojwang and the late Mikal Oswere Ojwang of Rawa Village, Gem. Daughter-in-law of the late Kungu Mbira and the late Ogero Kungu of Kamuga Village, North Rachuonyo.

Sister of the late Derrick & the late Apelles Ochieng, Judith Opondo, Sam & Joyce Osumba the late Steve & the late Monica & the late Hellen Ogada, Joyce Ochieng,Walter & Mary Odalo, Janet Muga, Margaret Ogoi, the late Bella Oddenyo, Amos Odera & the late Grace Mulamba. The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary at 8 a.m. Thursday 10th October to be followed by a Funeral Service at St. Christopher’s ACK Church, Koru at 11.00am. Prayers and Burial will be held at her “Hera Farm” in Saoset Scheme, Fort-Ternan location, Muhoroni Friday 11th October 2019 starting at 10am.
