Beloved wife of Mzee Walter Awiti of Gem, Yala, Anyiko Sub-location, Konjra village. Daughter of the late Festo Metho and late Jael Metho of Kisumu Karateng’. Daughter-in-law of the late Festo Opiyo and the late Bethseba Oplyo. Sister of the late Felgona, the late Alice, the late John, Esther, the late Yonah, the late Pamela, the late Samuel, Monica, Jacob, Sherry, the late Eunice, the late Aluma, the late Raburu, and many others.

Mother of Nancy, Judith, the late Obare, Selina, Maria, Dr. Odhiambo, Christabel and Andy. Aunty of the Momanyl’s, Metho’s, Ondego’s, Anzeze’s, Oneya’s, Aduol’s, Ohuluss, Orao’s, Okoth’s and many others Mother-in-law of George, Bernard, Willlam, Lencer and Anthony. Grandmother of Bess, Morgan, Ivor, Willis, Brighton, Renee, Alpha, Sidney, Festus, Tamara, Basil, Lisa, Maxim, Shanice, Natalia, the late Lee,Imani, Marlene, Nadia, and Melanie. Great Grandmother of Delia and Fabian.

The cortege will leave Masaba Hospital Mortuary on 29th April, 2021. Burial will take place on 30/04/2021, at her home In Gem, Yala, Anyiko Sub-location.
