It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mama Moraa Nyanchama Ondari of Bosiango village, Mongorisi Sub-location, Nyamira South Sub-county, Nyamira County.

Wife to the late Ondari Sangwera Nyamongo. Mother to the late Jones Onyancha, Drusilla Nyakoboke, the late Mary Ondari, Samwel Nyakagwa, Wilkister Nyaboke, the late Veronica Nyakerario and Justus Nyabuti. Co- wife to Morumbwa Ondari and step-mother to Bundi Ondari, Bosibori Ondari, Peter Moseti, Isaboke Ondari, Joyce Bikoro, Orutwa Ondari, Grace Ondari and Omiti Ondari.

Daughter to the late Kimoro Mokurumi and Kerubo Kimoro of Ogango village. Daughter-in-law to Nyamongo Okero and Bosibori Nyamongo. Sister of the late Lawrence Kimoro, the late Ochieng Kimoro, the late Mogiti Moywaywa, Mosiara Ongubo, the late Obonyo Nyakwama, the late Monyeka Nyabuti, Onglondi Kimoro and the late Mokeira Moirore Sister-in-law to Nyambacha, Omayo, Change, Achoki, Sikweya, Ogao, Nyachienga, Omiti, Otiso, Moseti, Agwata, Onyancha and Bogonko.

Mother-in-law of Serabina Nyaboke, Karen Nyanchama, Rael Kerubo, Florence Nyaboke, Linet Nyakerario, Alfred Itira, Masara Okemwa and the late Peter Nyang’au. Grand-mother of Peter, Josephine,  Damackline, Hellen, Julius, Vincent and others. Great grandmother and great great grandmother of many.

Niece of the late Samwel Bwana and Mauko Masita. Korera of the Moturi’s, Nyambunde’s, Jeremiah’s, Asiago’s Ong’ondi’s, Okemwa’s, Osoro’s and Nyauncho’s.

Aunt of Nyambachas, Omayos, Change’s. choki’s, Sikweya’s, Ogao’s, Nyachienga’s, Omiti’s, Otiso’s, Moseti’s, Agwata’s, Onyancha’s and Bogonko’s.

The cortege leaves Christamarianne Mission Hospital Mortuary-Kisii on Thursday, 15-12-2022 for night vigil at her home. Burial will be held on Friday, 16-12-2022 at Bosiango village, Mongorisi Sub-location, Nyamira South Sub-county in Nyamira County.
