Mama Selipha Opisa Nanga Esikuri

We celebrate the life of Lay Leader Selipha Opisa Nanga Esikuri, from Ebubayi Esiambale, Bunyore.

Wife to the late Daktari Nelson Nanga Esikuri. Mother to the late Betty Nanga, Sarah Ombuya, Miller Esikhotodessica Muhati, Johnstone Musumba, Margaret Ojoyi, the late Diana Kusa, Hanningtoil Ndale, the late Elizabeth Aronya, Enos Esikuri, and Lilian Amayamu.

Mother-In-law to the late Shea Ombuya, Mr Zadock Ojoyi, Mr Osmond Muhati, the late Tom Amayamu, Christine Miller, Irene Musumba, Rachel Ndale, and Caren Esikuri. Sister to the late William Osinde and the late Joseph Ameyo.

Sister in-law to Rosilida Osinde and the late Mary Ameyo.

Grandmother to Boy Miller, Martin Miller, Geoffrey Musumba, Carlton Nanga, Kevin Nanga, Nelson Nanga, Brian Musumba, Victor Musumba, Caroline Ombuya, Edna Ombuya, Steve Ombuya, Oiesi Miller, Susan Miller, Saiti Miller, Betty Miller, Terry Muhati, Godwin Muhati, Susan Musumba, Miity Musumba, Grace Musimbi, Mercy Ojoyi, the late Patrick Ojoyi,Ann Ojoyi, Dorcas Ojoyi,Willy Tom, Ambiyo Tom, Susan Tom, Jennifer Ngoa, Diana Kusa, Luciana Omoche. She also was blessed with several Great-Grandchildren.

Mama’s body is lying at Aga Khan University Hospital Mortuary, Nairobi. The cortege will leave to her Ebubayi-Esiambale, Bunyore home on Thursday April 6, 2023. Mama’s burial will take place on Saturday April 8, 2023, at her Ebubayi-Esiambale, Bunyore home.
