Mama Susan Yieko Odek

It is with humility and acceptance of Gods will that we announce the promotion to Glory of our dear mum, Mama Susan Yieko Odek, that occurred on 16th November, 2022.

Beloved wife to the late Mzee John Odek Obiero.

Daughter of the late Mzee Carmilus Omach and the late Mama Serafina Omach of Gem Gombe.

Mother to Scholasticah, Eunice, Florence, Nellie, Elizabeth, Joseph, Rosemary, Mary, Peter, Gabriel and Daniel.

Sister to the late Alois Ogola, Regina Aranda and the late Paul Agalo. Mother-in-law to Martin Gumo, the late Charles Okello, the late Hezbon Adero, Samuel Okumu, Dr. John Origa, Ruth, Stephen Ajode, Edwin Nyang’ai, Stellah, Bridgit and Cendrine. Adoring grandmother, great-grandmother to many.

The cortege leaves St. Mary’s Lwak Mission Mortuary on Friday 9th December, 2022 for a memorial service at St. Anthony Raliew Catholic Church at 2.00pm. There after the burial will take place at the family home in East Asembo Location, Kandaria, Omia Malo on Saturday 10th December, 2022.
