It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Marclus Njiru Kaguongo on Sunday 27th February, 2022 while undergoing treatment.
Marclus Njiru was married to the late Mrs. Rachel Kabui, and Mrs. Beatrice Mbeti. He was blessed with several children, Major (Rtd) Dedan Muriuki and Rhoda Wagaki, Emily Wangui, Elizabeth Muthoni and Nahason Muriithi, Mary Wanja and John Muriuki, James Mithamo, Dawson Njeru and Agnes Mukuhi, Jean Mutitu and Mwaniki Gichohi, Annalisa Wangui, Rose Wangu and Bernard Muya, Edwin Muriuki and Anne Kabugo, Peter Mugo, John Nguu and Loise Wamaitha, Stephen Chege and the late Christine Chepkoech.
He is a grandfather to Nick and Judy (USA), the late Wambui, Njoki (USA), Joan and Chege, Wangithi and Peter, Miano, Muthoni, Janet and Nicholas, Jacob, Wambui, Kinyua, Wawira and Macharia, Brian, Cynthia, Megan, Ian, Samantha, Arden, Stephanie, Alex, Audrey and Ethan. He was a great-grandfather to Zayna,Aliana, Mark, Maxine, Zurie and Anaya.
Family and Friends are holding daily meetings at the Family home in Difathas – Kirinyaga County, starting at 4.00pm and online meetings (Zoom).
Burial will be at the family home in Difathas, Mwea East Sub-county, Kirinyaga County on Thursday, 10th March, 2022.
The cortege departs from Motenzuma Monalisa Funeral Home – Kabati – at 7.30am for the funeral service at ACK Church of Good Samaritan – Difathas at 10.00am and thereafter be laid to rest at his residence in Difathas.

We celebrate you my grandpa’s you were a role model to us,we shall try to copy your steps mostly in coffee sector.
