It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Margaret Adoyo Otieno of Directorate betting and gaming control Kisumu that occurred on 17th May, 2022 at Aga Khan Hospital Kisumu after short illness.

The late Margaret was the dear wife to Assistant Inspector General of police(Rtd) Arrison Oluoch Otieno. Loving mother to Major Maurice Okoth Otieno (KDF), Dan O Otieno (NPS), the late Patrick Otieno, Inspector Mathew C Otieno (NMS), Christine Otieno (KEMRI) and Michael C Otieno (Moi University). Adorable grandmother to Loreen L Otieno, Finley W Otieno, Cyril E Otieno and Carey F Otieno. Loving mother-in-law to Harriet Ramogi, Eunice Okose,Ann Werimo and Joseph Omom Okuku.

Daughter to the late Sipranus O Abayo and the late Patricia A Ogik. Daughter-in-law to the late Shem Nyambuoro and Dinah Shem. Dear sister to the late Mary Amollo, the late Senior Chief Dismal Obura, Rose Ojwang, the late Clement Were, Jane Okumu, Thadeus Ogik and Joseph Omoro. Sister-in-law to the late Jacktone Ondiek, John Nyambuoro, Joseph, David, Eunice, Sarah and Mudkayo.

The cortege will leave Aga Khan Funeral Home Kisumu on Wednesday, 1st June, 2022 at 9:00am and will be buried on Thursday, 2nd June, 2022 at her home in Kanyaluo Omboga, HomaBay County.
