It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs Margaret Atieno Okello after a long illness bravely borne.

Born to the late Mzee Samson Okello Okanda and the late Japuonj Julia Agutu. Daughter in law to the late Mzee Meshack Olando & the late Mama Teresa Odembo.

Loving wife to the late Hosea Otieno Olando. Mother to Christine Otieno Osii, Teresa Awuor, Patrick Olando, the late Samson Okanda & the late Samuel Okoth. Mother-in-law to Joan Wabwile, Benard Osii, Gideon Simuyu &Vera Sisimwo.

Sister to Sylvester Onyango, Judith Onyango, Josephine Owuor, Elizabeth Ochieng, the late Henry, the late Christopher, late Martin, the late Richard, the late Rtd Gen. Suero, the late Mary, the late Albert, the late Phoebe & the late Shafira.

Sister-in-law to Phoebe Odhiambo, Emily Opondo, Rhoda Onyonyo, Christopher Olando, Eng. Gordon Olando, Jayne Olando, the late Gladys, the late Anna, the late Nelly, the late Jael & the late Vivian.

Grandmother to Brianna, Elnathan, Tiffany, Abby, Liam, Atara & Bryce.An Aunt to Many.

Final Fund raising to be held on Wednesday 30th November 2022 at All saints Cathedral from 5.00pm.

A memorial service will be held at All Saints Cathedral on 1st December 2022 from 12.00-2.00pm.

The cortege shall leave Montezuma Funeral Home on Friday 2nd December 2022 for an overnight stay at Mzee Olando’s home in Yimbo Got Agulu sub-location Majimbo. Burial will take place on Saturday 3rd December 2022 from 10.00 am.
