It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Margaret Nanjala Wasike that occurred on 4th December, 2022 at Karen Hospital – Nairobi, after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of the late Charles Wasike Pungulu and Selina Nabangala Wasike.

Beloved wife of Joseph Nyongesa Nangulwa. Mother to Stellar Nangulwa, Bryan Nangulwa and Sam Nangulwa. Grandmother of Lenox, Tracy, Charles Jude, Christian and Celina.

Sister to Bramwel Fwamba, Raphael Pungulu, Oliver Wakoli, Joab Wafula, Joan Nawanga Irene Nandako, Deliah Namae.

Niece to Julius Nalianya, Ambassador Jack Tumwa, Caleb Kapten, Florence Naniala, Violet Khisa, Rachel Wefwafwa, Jackline, late Kitui, Fred, Alice and Loise.

The cortege leaves Montenzuma Mollisa Funeral Home on Thursday 8th December, 2022 for a church service at Nairobi Friends Church.

The cortege leaves Nairobi for Tongaren on Friday 9th December, 2022. Funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday 10th December, 2022 at Mfupi area in Tongaren Constituency, Bungoma County from 10.00am.
