It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Margaret Njoki Macharia of Nyakihai Village, Nyakihai sub-location, Gaturi Division, Murang’a County.

Daughter of the late Abiatha Thenya, Jane Wanjiru and Lucy Muthoni. Wife of the late Nicholas Macharia. Loving Mother of the late Samuel Thenya and Martha Wangari, Catherine Muthoni and Samuel Gitau, Jennifer Wanjiru and Duncan Kaigi, Josephine Mugechi and Stephen Kariuki, Agnes Wacuka and Joel Muriithi, Daniel Muchoki and Nicole Nyokabi, Lydia Waithera and Josphat Nderitu. Sister of Robert Maina, Erasmus Mbacia, Lydia Waithera, the late Wanjau, James Mwangi and Jane Wanjiku. Grandmother of lan Margaret Njoki Thenya, Ryan Gitau, Ted Kaigi, Felix Kariuki, Macharia Michelle Wanjiru, Margaret Muchoki, Lauren Nderitu among others.

The Cortege leaves Montenzuma Monalisa Funeral Home Kabati-Thika Road at 8.00am on 11th August, 2020 for a church service at ACK St. Philip’s Nyaiihai Church and thereafter burial at her home.
