Margaret Wangui Makuthu

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Wangui Makuthu that occurred on Wednesday 1st August 2018.

Loving wife of Joseph Makuthu. Daughter of the late Benson Kahare Muga and late Wangari Kahare. Daughter-in-law of the the late Makuthu Kusola and the late Mwende Makuthu. Loving mother of Alex Makuthu, late Antony Kahare, Stephen Nguli, Michael Kamau, Kennedy Ngondu and Diana Mwende. Mother-in-law of Lydia Njeri and Edith Nyawira.

Sister of the late James Kamau, the late Solomon Kimani, the late Ruth Njuguna, the late Susan Wanyonyi, the late Esther Kahare, the late Dorcas Kahare, Lt Col Samuel Njoroge, the late Joseph Muturi, Sarah Ngugi and Daniel Muga. Grandmother of many.

The cortege will leave Mutitu Sub-county Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 11th August 2018 at 9.00am for a funeral service and burial at the family grave yard at Kivingo village, Musukini, Mutitu, Kitui County.
