Margaret Wanjiru Karanja Ndemo

It is with heartfelt condolences that we announce the passing of our dear colleague Margaret Karanja Ndemo, which occurred on 15th April, 2023 while she was undergoing treatment at Coptic Hospital. She joined The Monarch Insurance Company Ltd on 1st April, 2011 as the Business Relationship Manager where she diligently worked till her demise.

Beloved wife to the late Dominic Ndemo Sese with whom she had two adoring children; Joan Kwamboka Ndemo and Chief Derrick Sese Ndemo.

She is the daughter to James Marigono (Karanja) Gicaru and the late Mary Wanjiku Thongori from Kigumo.

She is the sister to Pauline Wanja Njenga, the late Mary VVambui, Elizabeth Kiarie, Michael Gicaru, George Mwaura. Step-sister to MaryWairimu Karanja, Stephen Gicharu Karanja, Ruth Wanja Karanja and Samuel Macharia Karanja.

Daughter-in-law to the late Chief Lawrence Sese and Clementia Moraa Sese from Rigoko, Nyamira County. Sister-in-law to Declan Bosire, Emily Boisabi, the late Richard Osewe and Irene Nyasuguta.

Friends and family are meeting at CITAM – Woodley at the nursery hall everyday until 26th April, 2023 at 5.00pm.

Memorial service will be held at CITAM – Woodley Church on 26th April, 2023.

The funeral service and burial will be held at her Kisii home – Rigoko Village, Nyamira County on 28th April, 2023.
