Margaret Wanjiru Muchira

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Margaret Wanjiru Muchira.

Daughter of the late Nathan Gatongu and the late Monicah Njoki.

Wife of the late Councillor Josphat Magondu (Wakamatu). Mother of the late Peter Kimwana, Esther Wambura, the late Wambui Muchira, Benard Muchira, Betha Wawira, Catherine Murangi, Silvester Murimi, Beatrice Wagatwe, Wilfred Macharia, Monicah Njoki, Jane Karimi and Judy Wangigi.

She was sister of the late James Murimi, the late Kabue Gatongu, Karimi Ngabu, Nancy Wanjogu, Kiobo Gatongu and Githae Gatongu.

She was mother-in-law of Samuel Gitari, Lilian Wakiuru, James Kibugu, David Gitari, Alice Warimu, Andrew Kariithi, Sophia Wambui and Wakesho. She has left behind many grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral Home on 02/06/2023 at 8.00am. Prayers will take place at AIPCA Weru Wanguuru. Thereafter she will be laid to rest at her home in Kamweti.
