Margot Kristin (Luna) Klem

It is with deep sorrow and a profound sense of loss that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and friend, Margot Kristin (“Lulla”) Klem.

She is survived by three children, five grandchildren and friends.

Lulla grew up to adulthood in Melhus, Norway with physiotherapy training, but then decided to bring her positivity and sense of adventure to America by marrying and moving to America. Many stops later, she settled in Kenya. At each stop, Lulla would immediately connect with people and culture, and her endless positive energy, laughter, and love would bring people of all backgrounds to her house.

Lulla loved her family and home, but was an accomplished physiotherapist who used her innate communication skills and sense of people along with her medical training to improve peoples’ journey back to health. In other parts of her life, she relied less on formal training and more on positivity and energy; we will miss dearly her singing, dancing, cooking, and opinions.

During her autumn years, she was inseparable from Joe, the love of her life; they will find each other again.

A memorial service wilt be held on Friday I 5th July, 2022 from 10:00am – 12:30pm at Riverside
