Maritha Stephano M’Rimbui “Nyanya”

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we inform you that the Rimbui Family Matriarch, Maritha M’Rimbui went to be with the Lord on Sunday, 1st May, 2022.

She was the beloved wife of the late Stephano M’Rimbui and mother of Florence and the late Jacob Muthuuri, Zipporah and Thomas Rimbui, the late Naomi and the late Vittorio Palma, Ap-phia and Elias Murithi, the late Kagendo and Elijah Gitonga, Miriam and Ntara Arimi and Charles and Rebecca Mworia.

She had 22 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Saturday, 7th May, 2022 at 9:00.am for a church service at Ruiri Methodist Church and thereafter burial at the family home in Tigiji-Ruiri, Buuri East Sub-county, Meru County.

“Nyanya, you have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4:7
