It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Marriann Mutinda Kathuka who rested peacefully on 31/07/2018.
Daughter of the late Mr. Janson Muema Kathuka and Mrs. Jolly Litha Kathuka. Mother of Kristina Nditi Musili. Sister of Mrs. Janet Angaine, Ainea Muthusi Muema, late Nicholas Kyalo Muema. Sister-in-law of Mr. Mugambi Angaine and Rhoda Muthusi.
Aunt of Eng. Francis Angaine and Eng. Catherine Gitonga, Michael Angaine, Lynn Karanja, Jolly Karimi and Michael Nyaga, Daniel Muema and Jolly Litha Muthusi, Janson Muema, Janet and Derrick Muthusi.
Grandma of Nicole and Joan Gitonga, Adrian, Jared and Alina Nyaga, Ella Kimathi and Brandon Karanja.
Funeral meetings are being held at the Family home in Makadara, Athi River and at Southern House, Room A on the 3rd floor, opposite Meridian Hotel in Nairobi from 5:30pm.
The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on 10th August 2018 at 7am for a Burial service at the family home in Kanzia Village, Matetani, Kangundo from 10am .

May God comfort the family at a this time of sadness, sorrow and bleakness. I knew Mutinda. We went to the same primary school and and while she was in Makueni girls I was at Makueni Boys. She was hardworking and chattered her own path in life. I am sad to learn of this. I can only imagine the sorrow of her mum. God will give you grace at this time. Let the Spirit of the Lord comfort you.
