It is with great shock and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs. Martha Katanu Nzambu (Wakitino), in the morning of 07/05/2022 at the Coptic Hospital.

Cherished, loved and adored wife of Retired WO 1 Jackson Nzambu Maluki (KDF). Darling mother of Jane Makau (Britam), Kyalo Nzambu (Mineva Network), the late Beatrice Wamuo, the late Josselyne Mutheu, Vincent Mwaniki (Kenya Breweries) and Alex Kw’oko (KDF). Mother-in-law of Col. DN Makau, Kim Nguthu, Syomiti Kyalo (Mida Holdings) Eunice Kasumo (Safaricom) and Mary Mwikali.

Daughter of the late Gideon Mwaniki and the late Beatrice Wamuo. Daughter-in-law of the late Maluki Ngura and the late Musya Maluki.

Adored and cherished grandmother of Kefah Wambai, Lynette Mutheu, Kessie Kandali, Keith Nzambu, Danu Katanu, Nzambu Wakeli, Aylah Katanu and Reign Nzambu.

Sister of the late Kwoko, Mwendwa (Seve), Mulatya and Jemmimah Kilonzi. Sister-in-law of the late Josselyne Kwo’ ko, Grace Mwendwa, Alice Mulatya, the late Kiluti, the late Mbutha, Mbovi, Kivivya, Katela, Mbula, the late Linah and Gabriel Kilonzi.

Loving auntie of Betty (Tz),Alfred Mwaniki, Bishop Stephen Mukonza, Musili (Matano) and Makau Mwanzia (Britam), among many others.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home on 28/05/2022 at 6:00am, for the funeral service and burial at her Kyamboo home, Migwani Sub-county, Kitui County.
