Martin Mbugua Muigai

We regret to announce the passing on of Martin Muigai on the morning of 29th June, 2022. He faced the illness that finally overcame him with courage and dignity, fighting to the last. He passed away just a few days short of his 61st Birthday.

Son of the late James Muigai Githu and the late Grace Wambui Muigai. Husband to Wanjiku Mbugua.

Father to Wambui Mbugua, Muigai Mbugua and Muthoni Mbugua of Mombasa. Brother to the late Peter Muigai, Githu Muigai,Anthony Muigai,Andrew Muigai, Doris Thuku (all of Kenya) and Gladwell Muigai of Delaware, USA. Martin was son-in-law to Mzee Charles Muriuki and Mama Sarah Muchiri. A cousin, brother-in-law and uncle to a great flock, and a grandfather to a few.

He will be painfully missed by the many of family and friends who knew and loved him.

A service of thanksgiving and a celebration of his life will be held starting 11.00am on Tuesday 5th July, 2022 at ACK St. Peters Church – Ndumberi, Kiambu. The burial will thereafter proceed at Gatitu, Ndumberi.

We thank God for the gift of Martin’s life. He has lived his life. Fare thee well, brother!
