Appreciation

Sunrise: 27th March 1979 – Sunset: 16th March 2021

The departure from this earth of our beloved Martin Nkonge Muthamia remains painful. God’s grace has been sufficient through this period as evidenced by the incredible warmth, care, support, prayers, and kindness from family, friends, well-wishers and many who stood and continue to stand with us. We are comforted that Martin’s life has impacted so many. As a family, we wish to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation.

We appreciate our dear relatives, friends, neighbours and well wishers for the outpouring of support in prayers, encouraging words, calls and financial support. Thank you to the entire Staff and community at Aga Khan University Hospital for your professionalism. The team at Lee Funeral Home for being gracious and for your attention to detail, in a special way, the leadership and team at Mamlaka Hill Chapel for offering pastoral care, encouragement and organizing a memorial service. The Methodist Church in Kithoka Meru for a befitting final service and last rites. The funeral organizing committees in Meru and Nairobi. Thank you to all who facilitated and attended the funeral service at home in Kithoka, Meru.

Noting that it is not possible to mention everyone by name, all involved, kindly receive our most sincere appreciation. May God bless you. The legacy you left will continue to flourish through the generations. Rest well Martin.

John 11:25-26 Jesus said unto her,” I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”
