It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Mary Jeruto Indeje, which occurred on Sunday, 21st May, 2023 in Shamakhokho,Vihiga County.

Mrs. Indeje was a Director at the Tea Board of Kenya representing Small and Medium Scale tea growers from the West of Rift Tea Block.

She was the daughter of Kiptallam Sembelle and the late Rosaline Kiptallam.

She was wife to the late Boaz Indeje Ing’asia. Mother to Catherine Musiitza Indeje and Chris Annan Ing’asia.

Sister to Elizabeth, Kibet, Judith, Edith, Belinda and Munge.

Daughter-in-law to the late Joseph Ing’asia and the late Serinah Ing’asia. Sister-in-law to Norah, Azibeta, Geoffrey, William, Alice, Jessicah, Joyce and Terry.

The cortege leaves Jumuia Mortuary – Kaimosi, on Friday, 2nd June, 2023 for an overnight vigil at her home in LunyenyaVillage. Burial service will take place in Lunyenya Village, Shamakhokho, Vihiga County on Saturday, 3rd June, 2023.
