Mary Muthoni Karanja

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of the late Mary Muthoni Karanja of Gathera Village, Nginda Location, Maragua Sub County on 24th April 2023 after a long illness.

Wife to the late Godfrey Karanja Wallace.

Daughter of the late Ernest Mucoki Gichini, the late Wairimu Mucoki and the late Mugure Mucoki of Mbogo-ini Village Muthithi location.

Mother to Catherine Wanjiru, Winnie Wairimu,Agatha Njeri, Martin Njoroge, Jerusha Nyambura, Ernest Mucoki and the late Evelyn Wambui. Mother-in-law to Stephen Gikaru,Andrew Gachoka, Joseph Kang’au.

Sister to the late Jerusha Nyambura, the late Alice Mucoki, Wanjiku Mucoki, Julius Gichini, George Kamande, Joseph Kogi, Duncan Ng’ang’a (UK).

Sister in law to the late Joseph Kimani (Mayor), Stephen Karanja, Jane Wambui, the late Agatha Njeri, Geoffrey Thiong’o, the late Evelyn Wambui among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Gathera Village and at Holy Family Cardinal Otunga Annex Plaza from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home Kabati on 4th May 2023 at 8:00am. Holy Mass will be celebrated at Don Bosco Catholic Church Gathera Village at 10:00am and thereafter interment at home.
