It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mary Wangu Titus (Wa-Jonah) of Gitunduti Village (Gikore Farm). Mathira East, Nyeri County.

Loving wife to the late Titus Kabuya Kinyua. Mother to Kinyua Titus, Mercy Wanja, Johna Muita, Rose Wanjugu and Simon Thinwa. Mother-in-law to the late Wairimu Kinyua, Joseph Muriuki Muchira, Lucy Gathoni and jenniffer Waitherero.

Grandmother to Kabuya Kinyua, Elizabeth Njoki, Njogu Kinyua, Muchira Muriuki, Etehel Pendo, George Kabuya, Wangui Muita, Wairimu Muita, Kabuya Muita, Lincoln Kabuya, Wangui Thinwa, Kabuya Thinwa and Wambui Thinwa. Great-grandmother to Maxi, Jeanette,Wairimu, Murugi, Muita and Wanja.

Daughter of the late Jonah Muita Nguo, the late Rachel Wanjugu and Joyce Njoki. Daughter-in-law to the late Kinyua Kabuya, the late Rachel Mumbi Kinyua and the late Martha Nduta. Kinyua.

Sister to the late Eunice Gathoni, the late Simon Wachira, Wanjeri Ngatia, James Thenyai and Ruth Gathigia. Step-sister to Symon Wachira, Jemimah Wacera, Ella Wamucii, Mary Wangu, Peter Mathenge and Wahome Muita.

Sister-in-law to Nancy Mburu, the late Simon Thinwa, the late Wairimu Ndung’u, Phyllis Waigwa, the late Njeri Khamasi, the late Ruth Mwangi,Ann Gathoni, the late Munyiri Kijeshi, Peris Muhoro, Rev. Amos Murage Kinyua and Rachel Wangu Ndamburi.

Funeral meetings are being held from Monday (05/12/2022) to Wednesday (07/12/2022) at Holy Family Basilica – Nairobi starting at 5.30pm and Gikore Farm, Nyeri County from 4.00pm.

The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Mortuary (Karatina), on Friday, 09/12/2022 at 8.00am. The funeral service will be held at Gitunduti Village (Gikore Farm), Magutu Location, Nyeri County at 10.00am.
