Mary Wanjiru Githatu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s Will that we Announce the promotion to Glory of Mary Wanjiru Githatu of West Indies – Eldoret and The Nairobi West.

She was Wife of the late Ephantus Githatu Waithaka.

Daughter of the late Gatere Kirathi and the late Nancy Wanjiku Gatere of lyego Kangema.

Mother to Waithaka George, the late Jane Wangari, Nancy Wanjiku, Stephen Mwangi, Anthony Mwangi, Jerusha Catherine, Nelly Njeri and Maina Githatu. Mother-in-law to Dorcas, Mercy, Anne and Doreen.

Sister to Nelius Njeri Mwangi, David Maina Gatere, Chege Gatere, Susan Muthoni Muturi, Charles Mwangi Gatere and Grace Wangui Kiogothe.

Sister-in-law to the late Wanjiru Jane, the late Nancy Wangeci, the late Anthony Mwangi and Stephen lrungu.

Grandmother to Dennis, Alex, Nicole, Stacy, Jake,Alvin, Nigel, Jayden, Adrian, Ephantus, Mike, Shiro, Wangari, Michelle, Charity and Eric.

The cortege will leave Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday 13th September, 2023 at 9.00am for the funeral service at ACK St. Paul – Kidiwa at 10.00am. Thereafter, she shall be laid to rest at her Hula farm in Eldoret.
