It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved Michael Ndero Kiragu while undergoing treatment for Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) disease at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital.

He was a husband to Njoki Muraya and father to Wangui Tarisai Ndero.

He was the son of Peter Kiragu Ndero and the late Rose Wangui Kiragu. Beloved sibling of Anthony Muraguri Kiragu and Joan Wambui Kiragu.

He was also the grandson of John Ndero, Julia Wambui, the late Peter Muraguri Mbote and Christine Gathigia Muraguri.

Son in-law to Samson Muraya Michuki and Mary Wanjiku Muraya. Brother-in-law to Beth Wanjiru Muraya, Charles Michuki Muraya and Paul Kariuki Muraya.

He was an uncle to Victor Rigathi,Ayden Muraya, Caritoh Michuki and Emmanuel Kariuki. Beloved nephew, cousin, mentor and great friend to many.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home on Friday 24th February, 2023 at 8:00am for a funeral mass that will be held at Frapa Gardens, Kiangwaci along the Sagana-Karatina Road. The interment, thereafter, will take place at their family home in Kiangwaci.

2nd Timothy 4:7: ” I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith”.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
