It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michelle Wariara Karume, which happened in Houston Texas USA.

Daughter of the late Joseph Karume Njenga and the late Jane Wangui Kabu. Sister of Kenneth Wathugi Karume. Mother of Jamal Karume Omori.

Granddaughter of the late Dr. Hon. James Njenga Karume and the late MaryAnn Wariara Njenga Karume, the late Margaret Njeri Karume and the late Nathaniel Wathugi Muhia and Eunice Wambui Wathugi.

Niece and cousin of Mr and Dr Kahiu and Family, Ms Teresia Njeri Karume and family, Ms Lucy Karume and Family, the late Capt. and Mrs. James Kihato Matu and Family, Mr and Mrs Henry Waireri Karume and Family, Mr and Mrs Kigera Karume and Family, the late Kennedy Njoroge Karume, Mr and Mrs Samuel Wanjema Karume and Family, Mr. and Mrs the late Joseph Muhia, Mr. and Mrs John Nganga.

The Cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home at 08:30 am on October 15th 2019. Catholic Mass will be held at 10.00 AM followed by burial at her grandfather, Hon. Dr James Njenga Karume’s residence Cianda Estate, off Ndumberi-Limuru Road.
