It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Millicent Makale Omondi. Wife to Nashon Omondi Amwayi-retired Chief Inspector of Police.

Daughter of the late Wellingtone Mutuli and the late Ruth Andati. Mother to Daniel Omondi, Peter Omondi, Joyce Omondi and Wellingtone Omondi. Mother-in-law to Abigael Soi.

Sister to Wycliffe, Catherine, Harrison, Wilberforce, Florence, Juliet, and the late Gertrude. Aunt to Daniel, Amwayi, Margaret, Leah, Joyce, John, Njenga, Chris, Stanslaus, Charity,Akinyi,Willy, Javan, Elvis, Ruth, Ngilu, Solo, Linda, among others. Beloved grandmother to Kyle, Kyra and Dashiel.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangements at her Musanda home.

The cortege will leave Kakamega General Hospital Mortuary on 17th August, 2022. She will be laid to rest on Friday 19th August, 2022 at her Musanda home.
