Miriam Wangechi Kimotho

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mrs. Miriam Wangechi Kimotho, which occurred on 16th January, 2023 at Kenyatta Prime Care Centre after a long illness. Prior to her demise, she was a Nursing Officer at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital (KUTRRH).

Daughter of the late James Nguthiru and Ann Wambui Nguthiru. Daughter-in-law to Mr. & Mrs. Philip Mwangi Kimotho.

Beloved Wife to Dr. Joseph Kimotho Mwangi of Kitui County Referral Hospital. Lovely Mother to Tess Wanjiku Kimotho.

Sister to Joseph Mathaga, John Maina,Charles Wachiuri, Peter Wambugu, Isaac Wanjau, Benjamin Wagura & Samuel Karari, Monicah Wangui. Florence Mathaga, Mary Wambui, Zipporah Wairimu, Peris Wanjugu and Mercy Muthoni

Sister-in-law to Mary Nyawira, Kennedy Kariithi, David Mathenge & Teresa Nyang’endo.

Family and friends are meeting at Pronto Hotel, next to KASNEB Towers, Upperhill – Nairobi, everyday at 6.00pm and at the family home at Kahara Village, Konyu Location, Mathira Constituency, Nyeri County for prayers and burial arrangements.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital (KUTRRH) on Tuesday, 24th January, 2023 at 7.00am. Thereafter, burial service will be held at Kahara Village, Konyu Location, Mathira Constituency, Nyeri County.
