It was with great shock and disbelief that I heard about the passing away of Ranji, as we all knew and called him. I met Moses in October 2019 when I was appointed as the first Director of Finance at KUTRRH. Ranji had been seconded from the Ministry of Health to help the new institution put up financial structures at the yet to be opened new Hospital. I brought in my private sector financial expertise while he provided me with the invaluable expertise in public Finance management. We worked together for a couple of months until my team was comfortable enough to let him go back to the Ministry. Even then, He held my hand and introduced me to every important office in at the MoH. To say that I owed my success at KUTRRH largely because of the networks Ranji introduced me to would be an understatement, and when the History of KUTRRH will be written his name will feature prominently as the first accountant of this great Hospital.

My sincere condolences and deepest sympathies to his wife and children. Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this difficult moment. May the Lord grant you fortitude to bear with this painful and untimely loss.

    Rest in Peace Moses
