Moses Mwangi (Gathirimu)

It’s with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Moses Mwangi (Gathirimu), on 9th July, 2023 following a long illness.

The second born of the late Simon Kamau wa Muchomba and the late Keziah Wanjiku. Brother to Paul Chege, Joyce Nyambura, the late Phillip Kimone, the late Wangechi, Martha Wambui, and foram Kiago.

Loving husband to Mary Mugure Mwangi. Father to Anthony, Pauline, Simon, ulia, Paul, Joyce, Eunice, Nancy, Abraham, Jesicah, Douglas, Leah, and Lilian. Father-in-law to Beatrice, Christine, Monica, Sarah, Maureen and Joe. He was a grandfather to many.

The cortege leaves P.N. Ngare Funeral Home, near Mediheal Hospital in Nakuru, on Friday 4th July, 2023 at 8.00am. Funeral Service will follow at St. Stephen PCEA Church in Engashura – Bahati, from 10.00am followed by burial at his home in Engashura, Bahati Constituency, Nakuru County.

Family and friends are meeting daily both at home in Nakuru and St. Andrew’s PCEA Church, along University Way in Nairobi for prayers and planning.
