Mrs. Alice Nafula Binns

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of our beloved Mrs. Alice Nafula Binns formerly of Makini Schools, which occurred on Friday 20th July 2018.

Daughter of the late Godfrey Daracha, the late Norah Khalili Buchere and the late mzee Evans Buchere. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Nyundo Binns (Snr).Daughter in-law of the late Henry Binns and the late Gladys Binns. Loving mother of June Binns-Onchonga (Kiota School) and Robert Onchonga Nyakundi, Henry Binns (Naivas) and Christabel Njira, Anthony Nyundo Binns Jnr (Naivas) and Lydia Atieno and Harry Katana Binns.

Sister of Richard Daracha, the late Maurice, Mrs. Esther Bosire, John Sasaka, Sarah Nandacha, Tshimanga and Abigael Buchere Chopetta. Sister in-law of the late Clara, the late Margaret Achiba, George Binns, Nelly Njoroge, the late Baron, Roselyne Daracha amongst others. Niece of Francis Wanjala, Pelita and Ruth Nawanga. Aunt of Godfrey, Tommy, Victor, Norah, Khalili, Rebecca, Sylvia, Selma, Cynthia. Chopetta Jnr, Katana, Golo, Wendy, Bwambali, Jolliet, Jacqueline, Lucky, Baron, Gladys, the late Gladys Njoroge, Ray Kenna amongst others.

Doting grandmother of Fadhili Nyakundi and Karirnu Anthony (Makini school), Thomas Baraka, Bradley Jabali and baby Alice Zuri.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Railway Club from 5pm and the Onchong’as residence at Jamuhuri Estate for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The major fundraising will be held on Thursday 26th July, 2018 at Railway club as from 5pm. Contributions can also be send through Mpesa Paybill 113178 Account name Alice Binns.

The cortege leaves Umash funeralhome on Saturday 28 July 2018 for funeral service at kiieieshwa Covenant Comnunity Church and will later be laid to rest at Langata Cemetery.
