Mrs. Mary Jane Ndunge Thairu

We celebrate the legacy of faith and service that is Mrs. Mary Jane Ndunge Thairu born on 15th November 1945.

She was wife to Prof. Henry Moses Thairu and mother to Ciku, Thairu, Tina and George. Grandmother to Subira, Baraka, Kalekye, Dalience, Liane and Munah.

Daughter to the late Baranaba Matingu and the late Kalunde Matingu and daughter in law to the late Francis Thairu Munyua and the late Rachel Wanjiku Thairu. She was also a well loved auntie and spiritual mother to many others, mentor, role model and missioner.

Meetings are being held at Karen Community Church, from Monday 5th to Friday 9th June from 5:00pm and at the Nairobi Baptist Church on Sunday 11th June at 3:00pm.

The funeral service will be held at Karen Community Church on Tuesday 13th June 2023 at 10:00am, and burial thereafter at the family home in Kibiko.
