Honourable Phillip J. W. Masinde and family would like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to all who stood with us during the demise of our wife, mother and grandmother. Your messages of sympathy,  words of comfort, physical presence, emotional and financial support and overwhelming generosity are truly appreciated.

We would like to sincerely thank the doctors who attended to mum over the past three years: Dr. Betty Musau, Dr Khan, Dr Kiarie, Dr Abwao, Dr Wanyoike, Dr Olang, Dr Otieno and Dr Baraza, the staff at the Nairobi Hospital and Lee Funeral Home.

Special thanks also to the funeral committees both in Nairobi and Busia who worked tirelessly and all those who were involved in one way or another in preparation for mum’s journey home. We are truly grateful.

As it is not possible to reach out to each one of you individually, please accept this message as a sign of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. We are truly humbled by the outpouring of love, support and thoughtfulness during this period of sadness.

From the bottom of our hearts we say Asanteni Sana and God bless you all.
