It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Anna Mwelu Muli on 31st August 2017, which occurred at Meridian Hospital, after a long illness.

Wife of the late Mull Mwatu and co-wife of Lydia Mull. Daughter of the late Mbiwa ltwiku and the late Kalekye Mbiwa. Mother of Joshua (Sultan), Rose (Masii), Serab (Kenya Police), Zipporah (Masii), James (Kithirnani), Miriam (A.I.G.Vigilance), Jane (Taws), Curies (Nbi), Josephine (Taws), Isaac (Kenya Police), Julius (ASP NPS El()), Dorothy (Nbi) and Alex (Kenya Police). Mother in law of Beatrice, Reuben, Mwaura, Sarah, Lillian, Patricia, Esther and Janet. Grandmother of Mutile (USA), Mwatu, Mwende, Mueni, Mutindi (USA), Eng. Henry, Ndanu, Carol, Nikki, Muuo, Mambo, Mutile, Juliet, Mull, Katumbi among others. Great grandmother of Natasha, Yiel, Perpetual, Jason, Eli among others. Sister of the late Nini, Muted, Mbesa, Mawia and the late Kikului. Cousin of Muathes and Peter Mulei. Aunt of Josphat, Jain’s, Julius, Musyoka among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily in Nairobi 680 Hotel from Monday 4th Sept to Thursday 7th Sept from 5.30pm, with a fundraising on Thursday 7th Sept to help offset the hospital and funeral expenses. The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home in Machakos on Saturday 9th Sept 2017 at 8a.m for final resting at her home in Kingatuani village, Masii location, Machakos County.
