Mwalimu David Mwanza Kawa

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. David Mwanza Kawa (Mwalimu).

Son of the late Kawa Mutie and Serah Kaveke. Son-in-law to Wilson Maingi and Grace Mwikali of Kivani village.

Beloved husband to Joyce N. Mwanza. Loving father to Eunice Nduku, Eng. Francis Kawa, Florence Mueni Beatrice Ndunge, Jennifer Mumo and the late Bernard Mutie. Father-in-law to Eunice Mutie (USA), Sammy Muindi, Henry Mwanza, Hadard wanjau and Titus Kioko.

Brother to the late Mumbua Kyeva, the late Tabitha Ndalamia, Monicah Muswii, the late Jones Kawa, the late Mukulu Kimuyu, Grace Mwaya and the late Daniel Muema.

Uncle to Mutune, Musyoki, the late Ngila, Kavindu, Kimeu, among others.

Doting grandfather to Mwikali, Musyoki, Mwendwa, Carol, Maxwell, joy, among others. Great-grandfather to Victor, Michelle, Stacy, Mwanzia and Talia.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home lng’ethya village, Kalama Location, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home – Machakos, on Saturday 24/12/2022 at 8:00am for funeral service and burial at home.
