With humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the sudden death of Mwalimu Eliud Gachago Mumbichi of Thika Landless Estate which occurred on 2nd June, 2023.

Son to the late Zakayo Mumbichi & the late Joyce Njoki Mumbichi.

Loving husband to Dr. Jennifer Wangari Gachago. Father to Victor Wanjohi Gachago (Asst County Commissioner Ministry of Interior) and the late Oliver Mwangi Gachago. Father-in-law to Nancy Kendi Wanjohi (Office of The Controller of Budget).

Brother to Freshia Wangari, Late Tomas Maina, Late Justice Kariuki, James Gichuki, John Mwangi, Late Julius Ngari, Francis Wambugu & Herman Irungu.

Son-in-law to Joyce Waihiga Mwangi. Grandfather to Jaden Gachago, Pamela Wangari, Mitch Mutua & Malcolm Mwangi.

Friends & relatives are meeting daily at his home thika landless from 5.00 m, his rural home Kiruru Village Kiriani and at Bushshade Hotel Makongeni, Thika.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Kabati on Thursday, 08-06-2023 at 8.00am for a mass and funeral service at St. Joseph Mkasa Catholic Church Landless at 9.00am.Thereafter burial at his Family Farm, Maguguni Thika East Sub County.
