Mwalimu George Njogu

The family and the PCEA Kiune wish to announce the passing on of elder Mwalimu George Njogu on 6th April 2022 at Kenyatta University Referral Hospital where he was receiving treatment.

He was the loving husband of Edith George, and father to Terah Marangu, Heldard Kaaria (late), Paul Mputhia, Peter Mbae, Charity Nkirote, Mary Muthoni, Loise Wanja and Ashford Mbaabu.

Father-in-law to Doris Marangu, Peninah Kaaria (late) Emily Mputhia, Harriet Mbae and Grace Mbaabu, Jediel Gitobu, Laeneck and Kaburu Thuranira.

He will be laid to rest on Thursday 14th April 2022 at his home, Kiune village, Kianjogu location in Imenti South.

The funeral service will be conducted at the PCEA Kiune church led by the Moderator of the Imenti South presbytery starting at 11am.

The cortege will leave St Anne Mission Hospital at 9.a.m.
