It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mwalimu James Muthima Kagiri [Muruthi], of Muwa Sunset Shop, lhwa village, Tetu, Nyeri County, which occurred on 08/09/2023.

Son of the late Ibrahim Kagiri Thimba and the late Sarah Muthoni Kagiri.

Husband to the late Priscilla Wambui.

Brother to Harun Gathara, the late Moses Muthami, the late Agnes Wanjugu Ndiritu, the late Macharia, the late Njeri and the late Wamariu.

Son-in-law to the late William Mathenge Kamotho & the late Jelioth Wanja Mathenge.

Father to John Kagiri,Teresia Muthoni, Margaret Wangeci, the late Florence Wanja, Agnes Wanjugu, Sr Catherine Njeri, the late Peter Mathenge, Samuel Thimba, Jane Wanjiru and Martin Kamotho.

Father-in-law to Milkah Wambui, Joe Wachiuri, Eng Paul Githurnbi, CFK Kimani, Lawrence Njeru, Rebecca Muthoni, Margaret Nyachihi, Solomon Kingori & Christine Nyambura.

Brother-in-law, Uncle, Cousin, grand father, great grandfather to many.

Friends & Relatives are meeting daily at his family home, Ihwa Village, Tetu; and at Cardinal Otunga Annex 5th fl, Nairobi at 5.00pm on 14/09/2023.

The cortege will leave Nyeri Funeral Home [Next to Outspan Hospital], on Saturday 16/09/2023 at 9.00am for mass at lhwa Catholic Church,Tetu Parish. Thereafter the interment will he held at his family home at lhwa Village ,Tetu, Nyeri County.
