Mwalimu John Karuga Wanjama

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that Langalanga Secondary School, BOM, P.A. Teachers and entire Langalanga fraternity announce the sudden demise of Mwalimu John Karuga Wanjama of Langalanga Secondary School and Sideways Hotel Nakuru which occurred on 8th August 2018 at War Memorial Hospital Nakuru after a short illness.

Son of the late Wilson Wanjama Kibithe and Tabitha Wangari Wanjama. Beloved husband of Shelmith Wanjira Karuga. Loving father of Tabitha Wangari Karuga of Simba Corp Ltd Nairobi and Wilson Wanjama Karuga of Fine Engineering Works Ltd Nairobi. Brother of Joseph Kibithe, Francis Kamwara (Jeremiah), the late Peter Mwangi, Teresia Wairimu. the late Mary Nyambura, Susan Njoki, Daniel Kamau, the late Florence Gathoni, Bilha Waruguru and Margaret Wambui. Son-in-law of the late Stanley Kuria and Miriam Wothaya of Tetu, Nyeri. Brother in law of Mary Njeri, Janet Wanjugu, the late Grace Wairimu, the late Ann Njoki, Beatrice Wangeci, Simon Mathenge and Everlyne Kagure. Mwalimu John Cousin, uncle and grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Karuga Wanjama residence behind Hyrax Hill Museum near P.C.E.A Neema Church. Other meetings are being held at Rwathia house (seven in one) and WITAS Building Barnabas Nakuru at 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves War Memorial Funeral home on Saturday 18th August 2018 at 8.00 a.m for funeral service and Burial at his parents’ home, Ndimu Farm, Lane, Nakuru County.
